Sheehan, Sheehan & Stelzner, P.A. is a Martindale-Hubbell "av" rated firm and is headquartered in Albuquerque, New Mexico and maintains branch offices in Santa Fe, New Mexico and Jackson Hole, Wyoming. The firm, which currently employs thirteen attorneys and enjoys an "Of Counsel" relationship with four attorneys, is engaged in a general civil, trial and appellate practice in all state and federal courts. When the firm first opened its doors in 1950, its focus was on insurance defense work, which constituted approximately 75% of its caseload. Although insurance defense work remains an important part of our practice, we have gradually expanded our services to encompass such diverse areas as administrative law, art law, aviation law, construction and procurement law, environmental law, products liability, natural resources and water law. We also provide services in the areas of arbitration and mediation, corporate and business law, grand jury representation and criminal defense, estate planning, legislative relations, pensions and profit sharing, real estate, probate and wills.

From its inception, Sheehan, Sheehan & Stelzner has sought to deliver personalized services tailored to the individual needs of its clients. Indeed, the firm's growth over the years has been in response to and reflects, in large measure, the expressed needs of its clientele.

Our primary goal as a firm is to render cost effective legal services that address and respect each client's needs and desires.
