RKE was started in 1974 by Claude Romain, Ernst Kuck and Pat Donofrio, to provide excellent legal services. Their goal was to establish a service-oriented law firm that emphasized professional services second to none while maintaining personal contact with clients to ensure their comfort and understanding of the legal system. That 25-year tradition remains today.
