Founded in Roseville in 1952 by F. Larry Sinclair and Floyd H. Bowers, the present day law offices of Sinclair Wilson remains committed to providing its clients the best legal advice and most effective representation possible. The firm's accomplishments over the past five decades have been the result of the strong academic background of its members, their commitment to continuing legal education, years of actual legal experience and simple hard work.

Today, the firm strives to compete in our complex legal environment by implementing a unique combination of individual attorney specialization, supported by teamwork and modern technology. Partners and associates in the firm include individuals certified by the State Bar of California as specialists in both Taxation Law and Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning, California and Nevada certified public accountants, members with advanced degrees in business, tax and intellectual properties law, four litigators with combined experience of over 70 years and recognized leaders in the legal community for matters involving real estate transactions, including acquisition, finance and ongoing commercial property management.
