At the Law Office of Ken Schneider we assist individuals and businesses in using the bankruptcy laws to provide relief from their creditor's efforts to collect debts. This can be an intimidating and stressful experience for our clients. We strive to alleviate the stress involved in this process by inspiring confidence in our abilities and providing information about how bankruptcy works.

Since bankruptcy is our primary area of practice we are able to focus our skills and abilities on the new bankruptcy laws that went into effect on October 17, 2005. A common misunderstanding that came with the new law was that consumers were not able to file bankruptcy anymore. This is not true, almost all of the people that would have been able to file bankruptcy under the old law are still able to file bankruptcy.
