John is a highly successful trial lawyer representing a wide spectrum of industries in both plaintiffs' and defendants' cases. His general civil litigation representation includes international, interstate and intrastate telecommunications common carriers and telecommunications equipment manufacturers, insurance industry entities, finance/leasing corporations, pharmaceutical manufacturers, health care providers, individuals/entities in the entertainment industry.

John litigates employment disputes for employers and employees. His representation includes contract matters, wage payment claims, suits upon covenants not to compete and discrimination claims among others.

John also handles construction matters involving building materials manufacturers, construction companies, real estate developers and management companies, land surveyors and other businesses.

His experience includes defense of product liability claims, personal injury suits, breach of contract actions and other commercial claims.
