Beck & Eldergill, P.C., is a general practice firm with an emphasis on litigation.  We concentrate on personal injury, employment matters, civil rights, family law, criminal law, business disputes and transactions, real estate matters and bankruptcy.  Our attorneys have appeared in Connecticut state and federal trial courts, the Connecticut Supreme and Appellate Courts, the United States District Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Our firm also has attorneys who are admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.  Our attorneys participate in continuing education programs both as lecturers and attendees.  Several of our attorneys have been chosen to serve as Connecticut Superior Court Trial Referees, Factfinders, Arbitrators and Small Claims Commissioners and as Special Masters in both State and Federal court.
