SHERWIN C. PELTIN is a partner in our Milwaukee office where his practice includes tax audits, litigation, collection, tax planning and corporate and business law.

Mr. Peltin is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin (B.B.A., 1950 and L.L.B., 1952), New York University School of Law (L.L.M., Taxation, 1955), and George Washington University (S.J.D., 1962). He is also a Certified Public Accountant and formerly served as an attorney/advisor to the U.S. Tax Court.

He is a frequent speaker to accounting, legal and business groups and has contributed numerous articles to various publications.

Mr. Peltin is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Milwaukee Bar Association, the Professional Institute of Tax Studies, and the Milwaukee Estate Counselors Forum.  He is listed in Who's Who in America and Who's Who in American Law.
