Founded in 1983, Simmonds, Simmonds & Wright, a partnership, has practiced exclusively in the area of personal injury, representing clients in southern Minnesota.  The firm only represents injured people and does not represent insurance companies.  The firm has handled cases on a appeal to the Minnesota Court of Appeals and the Minnesota Supreme Court.  The attorneys are members of the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association.  We take pride in delivering customer service to our clients and giving plain talk answers to complicated legal problems.  The staff is devoted to helping guide our clients through the insurance maze.
