Practice
Read understands the art of a transaction, which is why his practice focuses on real estate and business law. He advises real estate developers, commercial property owners and closely held businesses on a variety of issues, including financing, leasing, transactions and securities law issues. He also represents real estate clients in condemnation proceedings and lease disputes as well as business clients in shareholder litigation, valuation proceedings, partnership dissolutions and other complex business disputes.
