FIRM HISTORY

The Firm handles a variety of international cases and transactions involving commercial and personal matters for its international clientele. Mr. Haber has traveled frequently to South America and Europe in connection with such representations.

Over the years, the Firm has routinely handled loan closings and foreclosures for many of its banking clients. The Firm also handles commercial landlord‑tenant law matters.

Public service is encouraged in areas of civic, educational, professional and other activities.  Members of the Firm have received numerous awards for pro bono services and community contributions.  Mr. Haber was the recipient of the Dade County Voluntary Bar Association 1992 Pro Bono Award and the 1993 Florida Bar President's Pro Bono Award for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit for his representation of abused and neglected children.
