Mr. Moore practices in the area of Toxic Torts.

Prior to joining Cetrulo & Capone LLP, Mr. Moore joined the Public Health Advocacy Institute as a staff attorney. There, he wrote on a variety of legal issues engendered by the obesity epidemic, including legal and practical impediments to implementing meaningful standards for nutrition in schools and the constitutional protection afforded advertising targeting young children. He also presented at and participated in a number of conferences in the field.

Before entering law school, Mr. Moore worked for a number of companies in the high-tech sector, including EMC Corp. and a startup venture offering alternative dispute resolution on the Internet.

• Mr. Moore clerked for Hon. Fernande Duffly of the Massachusetts Appeals Court for one year.
