Casper & de Toledo LLC was founded in 1987 by named partners Stewart M. Casper and Victoria de Toledo. The firm represents injured people whose injuries result from a variety of situations, such as car accidents, truck crashes, and medical malpractice. The firm also represents individuals with employment disputes such as workplace discrimination, sexual harassment, employment contracts and non competition agreements.

Stewart Casper is a Past President of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Associatio n (CTLA) and he has served for seven years as one of Connecticut 's two delegates to the American Association for Justice and he now serves as one of Connecticut 's two members on the Association's Board of Governors. He is recognized in Best Lawyers in America for both personal injury and workers' compensation, and he has been identified by New York Magazine, Westchester Magazine and Connecticut Magazine for being among the top trial lawyers not only in Connecticut but also in the New York metropolitan region. Mr. Casper is also Board Certified in the field of Civil Trial Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and he is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He is also a member of the Academy of Trial Advocacy and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Stewart has developed a specialty interest in complex liability cases with an emphasis on brain and spinal cord injury; he has written and lectured locall y and nationall y on these and other topics as well as trial practice.

Victoria de Toledo is a Past Presi dent of the Connecticut Employment Lawyers Association and she likewise has been recognized in Best Lawyers in America. She has also been identified in New York Magazine, Westchester Magazine and Connecticut Magazine for being among the top trial lawyers in the New York metropolitan area. Connecticut Magazine lists her as one of the top 25 female lawyers in the state. Victoria has developed a specialty interest in executive employment contracts and employment discrimination litigation. She has also written and lectured locall y and nationall y on areas of trial practice and substantive law in the employment field.

Anastasios T. (Andy) Savvaides , another partner in the firm, concentrates in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice and workers' compensation. He is a member of the Board of Governors of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association and CTLA's Continuing Legal Education Committee, Membership Committee and Public Relations Task Force. He is also a Sustaining Member of the American Association for Justice, and a Member of the Connecticut Bar Association and the Fairfield County Bar Association. He has also been identified as among Connecticut 's best personal injury lawyers in Connecticut Magazine. In addition, Mr. Savvaides has chaired and lectured at various trial practice seminars for both the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association and the Fairfield County Bar Association.

Jeremy C. Virgil is an associate at Casper & de Toledo. He graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2005 and at UCONN he won awards for his skills in trial practice and grants for his research on neurodegenerative disorders. Jeremy adds an unusual dimension to the practice because he possesses a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology. He is a tremendous resource in handling the firm's large volume of traumatic brain injury cases.
