Michael Montgomery assists clients in the area of public utility and has many years experience in organizing and managing large-scale private and public entity acquisition projects and in condemnation. With an understanding of the various complex critical issues that occur prior to possession of property by a condemning authority, Michael provides counseling on the eminent domain process and how best to handle cases for his condemning authority clients. His knowledge enables him to handle virtually any type of condemnation case or issue that may arise. In addition to real estate condemnation and infrastructure projects, Michael assists clients on large, complex real estate deals involving property acquisition and blocking multiple tracks of land together.
