Metnick, Levy & Long, P.A., is strictly a personal injury litigation and wrongful death law firm for injured plaintiffs only.  For years, we have aggressively taken on large insurance companies, corporations and retail establishments for our clients with great success.  We never represent insurance companies or big business.

We handle cases on a contingency fee basis, in accordance with standards set by the Florida Supreme Court, which means no legal fees are paid unless a recovery is made. The client is responsible for costs or expenses only if there is a recovery. The firm handles a variety of serious and catastrophic personal injury cases - automobile and pedestrian accidents, slip/trip and falls, wrongful death, drowning accidents, defective products, plane/train accidents, assault and battery, dog bites, construction accidents, poisonings, nursing home negligence and abuse, and all types of insurance litigation. 

Partners Kenneth Metnick and Matthew Levy are both Board Certified by the Florida Bar as specialists in civil trial law, and currently they are two of only three attorneys based in Delray Beach with that distinction.  Only approximately 3% of all Florida lawyers are board certified.  If an attorney is not board certified, then he/she cannot hold themself out as a specialist.  Mr. Metnick and Mr. Levy are also members of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, of which there are only 3000 members nationwide.  Please be sure to check your prospective attorney's credentials before hiring them.  Not all personal injury attorneys litigate cases and take them to trial, however, we do.
