The firm of Mary Ann Beaty is a law office devoted to the practice of Family Law, Divorce and Probate.

Family Law encompasses the very emotional legal areas of divorce, child custody, child support, and visitation, spousal support, termination of parental rights, adoption, the modification of an enforcement of existing orders of child support and visitation, the establishment of paternity and of Grandparent's rights. Related concepts in many persons' minds include wills, determination of heirs, probate of wills and administration of estates and guardianships.

Mary Ann Beaty has been licensed to practice and in the active practice of law for over thirty years. She has a solo practice with an experienced staff including an office manager and experienced legal assistant with a strong business management education and a legal secretary with combined experience of 20 + years.  With this and other support staff, we have endeavored to establish a law practice that is responsible to your needs.
