Dwight G. Conger focuses his practice primarily in the area of construction litigation. A senior litigator in the firm's Detroit office, Mr. Conger has authored two books on construction accident litigation. He also has extensive expertise in the area of contractural indemnification and works with clients to ensure their contracts protect their business interests and limit their legal liability.

Dwight provides  regular legal updates to supervisory personnel of contractor clients on the areas of construction liability law, MIOSHA safety requirements and accident investigation. He also regularly conducts  seminars for clients on changes and updates in the law on statutes of repose and limitations, construction liability and contractual indemnit. 

He is a member of  International Lutheran Laymen’s League.
