Mark McGowan has been a partner at Plunkett Cooney since 1983 and has been engaged in the practice of business law since joining the firm in 1974. A member of the firm's Real Estate & Transactional Practice Group, he has experience in virtually all aspects of corporate, financial, securities, tax and commercial transactional matters, as well as experience representing parties in complex business disputes.

He is also active in the following community organizations:
