Regan Fay specializes in intellectual property litigation, especially patent and trademark law litigation. His experience includes litigation in federal courts and the International Trade Commission. He also has practiced extensively before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and foreign patent and trademark offices; his specialization also includes all phases of intellectual property agreements, extensive trademark counseling, and computer software litigation and agreements.

Regan is a member of the Cleveland Intellectual Property Law Association (secretary from 1990 to 1992 and president from 1996 through 1997). He lectured at Case Western Reserve University Law School on patent and trademark law from 1976 to 1986.
