Founded in 1974, by John Bivona and Sidney Cohen, the firm has grown from its headquarters in New York City into a firm with affiliate offices in Los Angeles, California; Warren, New Jersey; Boca Raton, Florida; and London, England. Currently, the firm has over thirty attorneys working in its New York home office with an additional thirty attorneys working in the affiliate offices. The firm has received an "AV" rating from the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory and is listed in Best's Directory of Recommended Insurance Attorneys And Adjusters.
