Avery & Cheerva LLP was founded as a result of a mutual interest in a concentrated family law practice. The firm's current partners, Melissa Avery and Michael Cheerva, as well as associate Christopher Barrows, now serve a wide range of clients throughout central Indiana in matters involving dissolution of marriage, custody, visitation, child support, alimony, adoptions, paternity, prenuptial agreements, and related areas and perform family law appeals, mediation, and arbitration. All three of our attorneys are Certified Family Law Specialists and can provide our clients with knowledgeable and compassionate advise regarding any family law issue. Our firm prides itself on discreetly representing high profile clients in complex litigation as well as remaining at the forefront of developments in family law.
