Law Firm Overview

We are a full service law firm established in 1985.  We concentrate on personal injury litigation, estates, labor law and worker's compensation.

We are committed to the Broome County community and are heavily involved in various youth activities and charitable organizations including but not limited to Catholic Charities and the Broome County Sports Foundation.

Members of our firm are both former and current members of the Broome County Bar Associate Board.  Dennis P. Sheehan is the President-Elect of the Broome County Bar Association.

We are licensed to practice on all New York state courts, the Federal courts of New York and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Thomas J. Hickey is a graduate of the State University of New York (B.A.) and Pepperdine University (J.D.).

Dennis P. Sheehan is a graduate of Canisius College (B.A.), Cornell University (M.I.L.R.) and Gonzaga University (J.D.).

Gregory A. Gates is a graduate of the State University of New York (B.A.) and Albany Law School of  Union University (J.D.).  He is also a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
