Litigation Experience

Mr. Sullivan has litigated a wide range of business, contract, personal injury, wrongful death, accident, insurance disputes, construction site accident, construction defect and landlord-tenant cases including arbitrations, trials and mediations. His litigation experience includes nine years as a sole practitioner, as a member of two medium size litigation firms and as an Associate Counsel for a Fortune 100 Retailer. He also managed an in-house litigation unit, which litigated matters for multiple divisions of the retailer.

Business Experience

As a corporate attorney he advised the company on a wide range of legal topics including contracts, security, credit and real estate, liability and workers' compensation. He wrote or revised thousands of contracts of all types and sizes. Prior to becoming an attorney he held numerous management positions in Collections, Insurance and Safety Manager, Wage and Salary and Inventory Shortage.
