Lawyer Overview
Since 1974, Robert F. Renaud has devoted himself to helping individuals, businesses and local governments identify, avoid and solve legal problems. For many years he has been Certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney, an honor achieved by fewer than five percent of the lawyers in the State. He has a proven record of success in major trials and appeals on a variety of important issues, including employment and Civil Rights cases, claims against public employees and public entities, insurance and personal injury claims, estate business, and real estate litigation and tax appeals. He has lectured extensively on issues involving personal injury, civil rights, employment and tort claims by and against public entities and public employees.
Mr. Renaud regularly appears in state and federal court at both the trial and appellate level and before administrative agencies. He is known for representing clients jealously and aggressively and for his knowledge of the law, procedure and the court system.
