Law Firm Overview

The Law Offices of Burge & Strid have provided the public in Southern California with over 48 years of experience. Staff attorneys are assigned cases based upon their experience and expertise in a particular field. The level of fees charged are also set in the same manner.

The initial half-hour consultation is always at no charge and a fee is never charged without advising the client first in writing. The fee arrangement and/or an estimate of the total fee is also provided to the client in writing.

Computers and paralegal staff are used whenever appropriate to keep fees to a minimum. The clients are provided with copies of all appropriate documents and correspondence to keep them advised of the progress of their case throughout the course of the matter.

Qualified experts are consulted where necessary to insure that the matter is completely analyzed and presented.

Staff members are encouraged and required to attend seminars periodically to insure that they remain current in the latest aspects and changes in the law, with special emphasis in their area of expertise.
