He handles both civil and criminal litigation, and is certified as a Criminal Law Specialist by the California Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Gill has handled over one hundred (100) jury trials; made over six thousand (6,000) court appearances on both civil and criminal matters; has handled over twenty (20) murder cases, including death penalty cases; and obtained recoveries for clients totaling in the millions of dollars.
