Fellow lawyers and judges rank Mr. Gill at the highest level of professional excellence (AV or very high to pre-eminent) as reported by LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell peer review rating services.  For the second year in a row, Mr. Gill was selected for inclusion in Super Lawyer of Northern California for 2009.  Only five percent (5%) of the lawyers in Northern California, as identified by peer recognition, professional achievement and independent research on each candidate receive this designation.

He handles both civil and criminal litigation, and is certified as a Criminal Law Specialist by the California Board of Legal Specialization.  Mr. Gill has handled over one hundred (100) jury trials; made over six thousand (6,000) court appearances on both civil and criminal matters; has handled over twenty (20) murder cases, including death penalty cases; and obtained recoveries for clients totaling in the millions of dollars.

Mr. Gill represents clients charged with any misdemeanor or felony crime ranging from drug possession to capital murder. Mr. Gill handles cases in both state and federal court, including juvenile law matters and areas described below:

• DUI and other misdemeanors
