Law Firm Overview

I have practiced family law for over twenty-five years. I am a solo practitioner who personally handles all cases, so you will have an experienced attorney represent you. I represent men and women in cases involving divorce, child custody and visitation, child and spousal support, domestic violence and guardianships. I also serve as a mediator for parties who prefer to work together to resolve their issues in a non-litigation setting. I have negotiated many Pre-Marital Agreements as well as Marital Settlement Agreements.

If the matter is contested, I can help you both as a litigator and a negotiator. I try to resolve matters so that my client will be satisfied not only immeditely, but also in the long run. I help my clients resolve their matters by retaining their dignity as well as their assets. I also want them to be able to dance at their childrens weddings.

I have regularly volunteered in the Alameda County family law community, including serving as a temporary judge when the regular judge cannot serve.
