Law Firm Overview

Roscich and Roscich was founded as a general practice law firm on Washington Street in downtown Naperville in 1973. Our offices are located in the Kailer building, which was constructed in 1897, three buildings from the corner of Jefferson and Washington.

Although we provide assistance to clients with a broad range of legal issues, our primary areas of concentration are divorce and related family law problems, divorce mediation, real estate, both residential and commercial, estate planning, including wills, trusts and probate, and litigation related to these areas.

Our goal is to provide comprehensive and competent legal assistance to our clients. This goal is furthered by referring some clients to attorneys who practice in other fields of law. Specifically, we work with attorneys specializing in personal injury, medical malpractice, workers compensation, criminal felonies and misdemeanors, copyright and patent law and others.

We believe that zealous advocacy of a client’s position must be tempered by reasonableness considering the financial and emotional cost to the client. We maintain close communication with our clients and explore all possibilities so that our clients’ decisions are based on informed choices.

It is our aim to obtain the best possible resolution for our client without stripping them of their dignity, emotional and financial stability.
