LITWIN & ASSOICATES, A Law Corporation specializes in the esoteric and complex area of Immigration and Nationality Law.  The Firm is nationally known for its expertise and notably high success rate, and has the privilege of representing a number of large, multi-national companies.  However, approximately 40% of its clientele are individual clients.  The Firm's diverse services emphasize business immigration (including work visas, labor certifications, and permanent residence) and family immigration (including spouse and relative visa petitions), along with many other immigration matters.

Much of the Firm's work concentrates in the area of labor certifications.  After more than 25 years of experience, and many hundreds of labor certification applications, the Firm's attorneys have essentially, a 100% approval rate, a record unequaled among immigration law firms.  This record of success reflects the expertise, quality of work, and extra time that is put into each case. 

The Firm is currently comprised of five attorneys - Edward R. Litwin, Donald Smith, Camilia Chow, Angela Mapa, and Christina Lee - and proficient support staff, with offices in San Francisco, South San Francisco, and Santa Clara, California.  The Firm strives to provide personal attention and quality work products that our individual and corporate clients expect and deserve.
