Shawn M. Cunningham is an owner/stockholder of the firm. Mr. Cunningham was born in Wyoming and made Phoenix, Arizona his home in 1986 after receiving his Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees, cum laude, from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. Mr. Cunningham obtained his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, in 1989 from Arizona State University College of Law where he was named to the Dean's List. While in law school, Mr. Cunningham was named to the Order of Barristers, and served as Chairman of the Executive Moot Court Board. Mr. Cunningham devotes his practice to representing clients who have been seriously injured through no fault of their own or who have lost loved ones due to the wrongful conduct or negligence of others. Mr. Cunningham is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a professional organization that recognizes the accomplishments of lawyers who have won million and multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements for their clients. Mr. Cunningham is a frequent presenter at seminars. Mr. Cunningham lives in the Phoenix area and is active in several professional and civic organizations.
