These include, but are not limited to First Amendment terminations, Fourth Amendment police excessive force and false arrest cases, liberty interest violations, and Eighth Amendment claims.
Mr. Marrero has also litigated personal injury and wrongful death cases in state court. He has represented corporations in automobile collision cases, business owners in negligent security shooting or assault cases, and contractors in road construction, electrocution, and other accident cases. Moreover, Oscar has represented healthcare providers and hospitals in medical malpractice cases.

Born in Havana, Cuba, Oscar E. Marrero earned his Bachelor's Degree, Cum Laude, in Business Administration from the University of Miami. He graduated from the University of Florida Law School in 1983. Following graduation from law school, Oscar served as a Felony Division Chief in the Miami-Dade County State Attorney's Office (1987 – 1989) and prosecuted homicide cases.
