Kantor & Linderoth, Esqs. is the successor of the original law firm of Ezra Karkus, Esq., and Benjamin I. Kantor, Esq., established more than 70 years ago. The firm has continued to serve Monmouth & Middlesex County clients in all aspects of law since that time and presently consists of Lawrence D. Kantor, Esq., the son of Benjamin I. Kantor, Esq., and Gary E. Linderoth, Esq., who joined the firm in 1986.

The firm has a general practice, with each member of the firm contributing individual specialties in order to offer a broad base of representation. Lawrence D. Kantor is a past President of the Monmouth Bar Association. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and currently serves on the N.J. Chapter Board of Managers. He has recently been certified as a Family law Mediator by the Academy and has extensive practice in the field of matrimonial law.

Mr. Kantor also has extensive commercial experience, being a participant in the Forwarder's List of collection attorneys, as well as having represented many of the commercial businesses in the Monmouth County area. This representation has led to an extensive real estate practice involving both residential and commercial properties.

Gary E. Linderoth focuses on the field of litigation representing individuals in personal injury, municipal court and matrimonial matters. He has been appointed, and served as, an automobile accident arbitrator by the Essex County Superior Court and the Monmouth County Superior Court, since 1987. Additionally, he has taught business law and other law related subjects at Brookdale Community College in its paralegal program. His practice also includes commercial litigation, as well as real estate matters.

Both attorneys have extensive experience in the preparation of wills and the administration of estates and estate planning.

The firm has an experienced support staff, with word processing and computer capability. It is able to deliver legal services promptly and efficiently, to meet the needs of its many clients.

The firm is conveniently located in downtown Keyport, with easy access from Routes 35, 36 and the Garden State Parkway.
