Ann M. Cushing is a partner of Cushing & Dolan, P.C. Ms. Cushing was born and raised in Boston and attended Mount St. Joseph's Academy, Framingham State, New England School of Law and obtained a Master's Degree in Education at Boston State College.

As a litigation attorney, she is responsible for all aspects of litigation at Cushing & Dolan, P.C. from in-take to trial. Areas of practice are probate and family law, breach of contract, summary process, corporate litigation and personal injury.

Attorney Cushing has also given numerous seminars on topics relating to domestic relations and divorce basics.

Attorney Cushing is a member of the Massachusetts Bar, the Federal Bar and the New Hampshire Bar. She is also a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and a member of Who's Who of Professionals and Executives.
