Experience
Firm founder, Michael Mandel, has over 30 years of personal injury trial experience. He has tried cases in all Bay Area counties, including: San Francisco, Solano, Napa, Marin, Contra Costa, Alameda, San Mateo, and Santa Clara. His first jury trial was in 1971. His first medical malpractice trial was in 1973, resulting in an award for failure to diagnose tongue cancer. (Hawthorne v. Campbell, D.D.S.)

Michael Mandel has successfully argued appeals on a broad range of matters, resulting in four published opinions. Two of those cases were argued before the California Supreme Court and set legal precedent.
