Lawyer Overview
Tricia Eschbach-Hall practices in the areas of employee benefits and executive compensation. She counsels employers on the administration of qualified and nonqualified retirement plans and welfare benefit plans and on the compliance of such plans with ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code. She has significant experience assisting employers with the design and drafting of plan documents, amendments, and employee materials (such as summary plan descriptions). Tricia is also frequently involved in preparing employment agreements and severance plans for employers.
In addition, Tricia has considerable experience providing advice to distressed employers with respect to the benefits and compensation issues raised during corporate reorganizations. Tricia frequently advises employers regarding benefits issues raised during corporate acquisitions and dispositions as well, and she has assisted the Firm's litigation practice in cases involving ERISA fiduciary duty claims.
Tricia is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and WEB Worldwide Employee Benefits Network.
