Jerry Edmonds is a Member at Williams Kastner and is based in the Seattle office. • First-party insurance (including fire, all risk, DIC, builders risk, and other specialty first party insurance)
• Marine insurance (including H&M and P&I and Cargo)

• Performance bonds
• Personal lines (including homeowners, auto, health, etc.)
• Group insurance products, including long term care insurance
• ERISA coverage disputes

Anti-trust litigation and advice under both state and federal laws (including Federal Trade Commission, State Attorney General and other regulatory authorities).

Legal advice and litigation related to health care financing, including Medicare and Medicaid matters and subrogation, formation of insurers, HMOs, PPOs, IPAs and health care service contractors.

Taxation of insurance companies, agents and brokers including both state and federal taxation.

Self insurance arrangements, including risk retention groups and risk purchasing groups, captive insurers, insurance exchanges and the like.

Insurance coverage for environmental and hazardous waste matters, including RCRA, CERCLA, environmental impact statement laws, NPDES permits, soil and groundwater contamination matters.

Regulatory and administrative matters for the insurance industry involving the Washington State Insurance Commissioner.
