Cases have been tried to verdict or bench rulings in the areas of unfair competition, real estate boundary disputes, access disputes, condemnation, collection, anti-trust, patent infringement, business torts, civil rights, constitutional claims, professional malpractice and products liability.

Real Estate and Business Transactions:

The Firm handles non-litigation oriented real estate and business matters on a broad basis. The Firm organizes enterprises at the development stage and represents clients in the sales and acquisition of businesses. The Firm advises businesses on numerous issues from employment matters to unfair competition. The Firm represents clients in all aspects during the purchase or sale of real estate. Real estate development issues are handled including conservation easements and common interests communities.
