WHAT IS MEDIATION?
Mediation is a process whereby a neutral third party acts to encourage and facilitate the resolution of a dispute without prescribing what it should be.

Mediation is an informal and non-adversarial process with the objective of helping the disputing parties reach a mutually acceptable agreement.

Mediators are neutral and cannot determine the outcome. The parties have the absolute right to make the final decisions as to the resolution of issues. Mediators assist the parties in identifying issues, helping to communicate, maximizing all the possible alternatives and helping you reach voluntary agreements.
