Garrison, Levin-Epstein, Chimes & Richardson, P.C. was established in 1977 with the merger of two smaller firms.  Currently the firm receives the highest ranking conferred by legal colleagues through the peer rating system maintained by the national legal directory, Martindale Hubbell.

Our firm handles trial and appellate practice in Connecticut state and federal courts as well as non-litigation matters.  Our attorneys hold leadership positions in state and federal bar associations, and regularly attend and lecture at continuing professional education seminars.

The firm's team of attorneys is ably supported by a full staff of trained paralegals and legal secretaries using state-of-the-art equipment.  We maintain computerized legal research and litigation support capabilities for complex legal problems and litigation management.

We are committed to providing our many clients with quality, individualized professional legal representation and advice.  Many individuals, families, business and groups have been firm clients for several years, returning as needed for the varied legal services we provide.

Depending on the nature of the representation, fees may be on an hourly, contingent, fixed or combination bases.  When necessary, payment schedules are tailored between attorney and client to accommodate the client's financial circumstances.
