In some cases, Attorney Culhane serves as the guardian or trustee while in other cases family members serve in that role. She also uses advance directives, such as a Health Care Proxy, to give the individual certain control over who may speak for them in the event of catastrophic illness or accident. Such documents give family members great peace of mind in an otherwise extremely stressful situation.
Additionally, she has significant experience in the representation of both buyers and sellers in residential real estate sales, landlord/tenant matters and incorporation of small businesses. Attorney Culhane obtained her law degree from Suffolk University Law School and graduated cum laude from Providence College with a B.A. in Social Work.
A member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Attorney Culhane has been practicing since 1991.
