Law Firm Overview

Alan L. Sirkin is a Cincinnati native who attended Miami University, and graduated from the University of Cincinnati with his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1961. He received his M.B.A. from the University of Cincinnati in 1965, and his law degree from George Washington University in 1970. After graduating from law school, Mr. Sirkin served as an analyst for the U.S. Navy Department on a project which developed a Deep Submergence Rescue Vehicle. He has also served as a law instructor at Miami University.  An attorney with more than thirty years of experience, he is a member of the Ohio and Cincinnati Bar Associations.

The Law Office of Alan L. Sirkin was founded in 1973. We are dedicated to assisting our clients with Experience, Caring and Service. We try to be helpful to clients, providing them with everything needed during representation.

We concentrate on personal injury issues, such as auto accidents, medical malpractice, and premises liability. For these cases, we provide a free initial consultation to all prospective personal injury clients. If we take your case, we work on a contingency basis, which means we do not receive any compensation unless we recover money for you. In addition to auto accidents, personal injury, and medical malpractice, we provide our clients with services in workers' compensation, bankruptcy, wills and probate, and DUI defense.
