The sometimes unpredictable outcomes and seemingly endless delays further serve to encourage parties to mediate their disputes in a more positive and less divisive environment. To further his commitment to the mediation process, Mr. Lunsford has devoted more of his practice to serving as a third party neutral mediator and opened North Florida Legal Mediation in Lake City, Columbia County, Florida. Mr. Lunsford was certified by the Florida Supreme Court in 2001 as a Circuit and County Court Mediator and is available to serve as a mediator throughout the State of Florida.
