Felicia S. Ennis is a partner in the Firm’s Litigation Department. Ms. Ennis’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in a broad range of substantive areas including class actions, labor and employment, securities, construction and disputes arising from corporate and partnership dissolutions.

Ms. Ennis has experience in representing clients nationwide in connection with labor and employment issues arising in the context of collective actions under the FLSA, as well as individual state statutes. Her experience also includes representing clients in a variety of industries, including government contractors, manufacturing, healthcare, industrial products and automobile franchisees.

Ms. Ennis graduated cum laude from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1992. While attending law school, Ms. Ennis was the Managing Editor of the Cardozo Arts and Entertainment Law Journal. She received her bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Brandeis University in 1989.

Ms. Ennis is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey and to the United States District Court for the Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of New York. She is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and Association of the Bar of the City of New York. She has served as a member of the City Bar Association’s Women in the Courts committee.
