Lawyer Overview

Dennis Mullen has devoted the entire 34 years of his practice to civil litigation in the following six categories: (a) business litigation, (b) real estate litigation, (c) wills, trusts and probate litigation, (d) tort litigation as to professional negligence, personal injury and wrongful termination, (e) family law and (f) appellate matters in the subjects described above.

Mullen eared his bachelor of arts degree from California State University at Long Beach in 1967, where he graduated cum laude. He earned his juris doctor degree from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1970.

Mullen is a member of the Santa Monica Bay District Bar Association, the Beverly Hills Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is a past president of the Santa Monica Bay District Bar Association.

Mullen was a television panelist on a family law symposium. He has authored an article concerning "Good Samaritan" laws in the medical journal STAT. He presented a lecture to the California Manufacturers Association concerning employer dealings with employee substance abuse issues.

Mullen was a member, board member and past president of the Santa Monica Town Club, is a former member of the Santa Monica Kiwanis Club, and has served on the board of directors for Corpus Christi School.
