The Law Office of Joel M. Bacher, is located in Wayne, New Jersey. For over 30 years, I have been providing legal counsel to individuals and small businesses throughout New Jersey, in Passaic, Bergen, Essex, and Hudson counties as well as the New York metro area and Rockland and Westchester Counties.

My areas of practice include: personal injury, employment law, and criminal defense.

I earned my law degree from New York Law School in 1974. I was admitted to the New Jersey bar in 1975 and the New York bar in 1976. My active legal memberships include the Passaic County Bar Association, Inns of Court, American Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Civil Liberties Union. I also do volunteer work for the Passaic County Legal Aid Society and volunteer work for Lawyers for Justice in the TLC program representing the victims of 9/11.
