Managing partner Linda Hitt Thatcher has 22 years of experience with the resolution of employment disputes on behalf of employees and employers alike. She got her start on the management side of employment law in the late 1980s, and founded our law firm in 1996. Although employees' claims form the bulk of our firm's practice, she also advises employers about recurrent workplace rights issues and the best ways to achieve compliance with state and federal employment laws.

Ms. Thatcher also serves as a mediator to help litigants find mutually acceptable grounds for settlement of their disputes.

Partner Abbey G Hairston has over 25 years experience representing employers (both public and private sector) and employees in resolving employment disputes. Ms.Hairston has extensive motions practice and jury trial experience. She is routinely asked to serve as a speaker at national conferences on new developments in employment. Ms. Hairston authored "The Leave and Disability Coordination Handbook", published by Thomson Publishing Group, Inc. in 1997 and she specializes in handling FMLA/ADA issues.
