Since 1984 we have earned the trust of people in Adams and Franklin Counties in PA and Frederick County, MD. Our goal is to be a full-service firm with “small town” roots. I personally have 25 years of experience in business, civil, employment, estate administration/wills, family, landlord/tenant, municipal and traffic law and my legal assistants have a combined 25 years of experience as well.

We are committed to providing affordable services to our clients. We offer flat rate legal fees for services such as uncontested divorce, property agreements, support hearings, custody conferences, residential leases and real estate contracts. We do not charge a percentage of an estate's assets, but rather bill by the hour for the actual time spent to probate and administer estates. We accept VISA and Master Card for our $75 initial consultation fee as well as for flat fee and retainer services.

Every client is important. Therefore, I personally meet with all clients and return all phone calls and emails as promptly as possible. I strive to negotiate a fair and equitable solution in civil and domestic cases to avoid litigation and unnecessary costs to my clients. When negotiation is impossible, I pursue matters aggressively in the best interest of my clients. I am willing to accept the challenge of unusual/difficult cases. To better accommodate our clients, our office is open from 8:30 to 5:30 and an evening appointment can be scheduled when necessary.
