Law Firm Overview

Bankruptcy law practice focusing on the representation of debtors, creditors and bankruptcy trustees in business and consumer bankruptcy cases. Special emphasis on bankruptcy cases involving family law and tax issues as well as the potential effect of bankruptcy and debt issues on marital settlement agreements. The Law Office of Marlene G. Weinstein moved to Walnut Creek in 1994.
