The firm of Michael F.X. Gillin and Associates, P.C. has been in the general practice of law in Media, PA for nearly thirteen (13) years. The firm employs five (5) attorneys, a Certified Public Accountant, a personal injury specialist and staff personnel.

The firm through its principal and attorneys is a member of the Delaware County Bar Association, the Philadelphia Bar Association as well as being admitted to the Bar of the U.S Supreme Court and Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and their subsidiary jurisdictions. The firm also has insight on New Jersey law via an associate of the firm, Ms. Devine, who is also licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

As mentioned above, all of the attorneys in the firm attend continuing legal education courses not only to satisfy their professional requirements, but also to remain current on changes in the law. Members of the firm regularly attend courses in all areas of the law covered by your request for proposal. In addition to the attorneys, John J. Dougherty, the firm's CPA and Controller, also participates in legal and accounting continuing legal education courses. In addition to this, Mr. Cordes has recently participated in the Fourth Annual Conference On Affordable Housing and Community Development Law sponsored by the American Bar Association and the Department of Housing and Urban Development in Washington D.C. In addition, Mr. Cordes is a member of the real estate practices committee of the Delaware County Bar Association.
