Attorney John C. Manoog III established our firm in 1994, after previously working for an insurance defense firm in Boston, Massachusetts .  Prior to that he worked as an executive in the resort industry, where he was responsible for negotiating multi-million dollar deals with banks, insurers and developers.  Attorney Manoog developed a reputation as a tough, respected negotiator in this business and has brought these negotiating skills with him to the legal field. 

Over the past twelve years the firm has expanded to five attorneys and a large support staff of paralegals and secretaries.  In addition, the firm has several experts on retainer such as investigators, accident reconstructionist, economists, engineers, etc.  While working in the insurance defense industry, Mr. Manoog learned that plaintiff's personal injury firms are divided into two categories by insurers, those firms that are willing to try cases and those firms that are not.  He also learned that the firms that are willing to try cases obtained much higher settlement offers than the firms that are not.

Attorney Manoog and his staff of attorneys are well known throughout Cape Cod and southeastern Massachusetts courts as attorneys who are always willing and prepared to try their cases.  Attorney Manoog recently obtained a jury verdict in Barnstable Superior Court that is one of the highest jury awards in that Court for an auto accident case in the last several years.
