Michael D. Bridges' practice is focused in the areas of commercial financing, real estate acquisition and development, commercial leasing and synthetic leasing. He represents both lenders and borrowers in construction financing, asset-backed financing, and synthetic leasing. Mr. Bridges represents commercial and residential developers, financial institutions, and clients with nationwide real estate portfolios in commercial leasing, condominium formation, construction contracts and real estate acquisitions and financing.

Mr. Bridges has experience in land use planning, including zoning, subdivision and annexation.

Mr. Bridges also serves as legal advisor for Urban Concern, a nonprofit organization addressing the housing needs of low-income individuals.

Mr. Bridges is a member of the Columbus and Ohio State Bar Associations.
